Andrew J. Williams has a combined twelve years experience in Financial Service Sales, and Executive Recruiting. Andrew has been involved with sales and marketing in a number of areas within the Financial Services Industry during his tenure: Private Client Services, Direct Market Access, Execution Services, Prime Brokerage, Asset Management, and Financial Development. He has developed specific expertise helping clients creatively identify and acquire the right talent for each assignment, particularly in the following areas:

  • Vice President, Director, and Associate Level for Operations, Product Development, within Financial Services.
  • Product Developers, Business Analysts, Technical & Financial Consultants, Research Analysts, and Project Managers.
  • National and Regional Sales, and Sales Managers in a number of related industries in and around Financial Services, such as Information and Database Technology, Software and Research.
  • Account Executives and Account Managers and Financial Advisors.
Andrew has deep functional expertise in several key verticals inside the Financial Services industry.  He has a solid understanding of what it takes to run a successful business and clearly understands the qualities that candidates must have to meet the unique challenges in today’s market. Andrew holds a BA degree from Adelphi University, and is married with two young children.
